Allan is 29 years old, born in 1981. Despite his young age he has been very successfull as a chef. Along with other restaurants, he has worked at Ruths Hotel in Skagen, Hotel Strandgaarden in Læso and now he is the head chef at Henne Kirkeby Kro in Henne Strand. He is the captain of the Danish culinary team, wich has won many prizes, and is now preparing for the culinary World Cup in next november. In 2008 he won the title “Chef of the year” in Denmark, and has ended in 2nd and 3rd place in other years.
