Markus Dybwad did his training at the Palace Grill Reserva in Oslo. He later worked at the Bagatelle in Oslo which was considered at that time one of Scandinavias best restaurants. Bagatelle had a long time fame under the influential spirit and patronage of Norway´s grand Chef Eyvind Hellström.

There he was under the supervision of the Executive Chef Jonas Lundgren which he later helped as a commis under Lundgren’s participation in Bocuse d’Or both as the Swedish Champion and the Silver Medal winner in Lyon 2009. Markus Dybwad has also worked in Iggy’s Restaurant in Singapore before returning back to Norway to take part as Head Chef in the opening of the newly renowaded Grefsenkollen Restaurant in the beautiful natural hillsides above the city of Oslo.

Grefsenkollen Restaurant is in group of ”The Great Life Company” which offer various sensations in Norway’s most beautiful places and nature.
