    Chef Peters was born in Austria and has been working in Moscow since 1993. He is presently the Executive Head Chef  at "El Gaucho" which is one of the best Argentinian steak house in Russia!  Prior to that he was at the fine dining restaurant Concorde, the Italian restaurant Autograph, Coffee-Bistro Monte Rosso and the Russian restaurant Petshky-Lavotshky.

NOMA is voted 3rd by the S.Pellegrino World´s 50 Best Restaurants. Those awards are considered the most prestige in the world today.
