Participating restaurants of Food & Fun 2012
03. febrúar - 01:16The 11th Food & Fun Festival is just around the corner here in Reykjavik, Iceland. For the last few weeks we have been putting the finishing touches on the list of participating restaurants and we are very excited to announced 5 new places joining us in this years festival, all of them are new in the restaurant scene and have all been very well received by the locals.

Food and Fun Chef of the year : Matti Jämsen
14. janúar - 13:45Matti Jämsen from Finland was the Finnish participant in the 2011 Bocuse d’ Or in Lyon France last January. He ended in 5th place but the Nordic region took all the prices this year. With Denmark, Sweden, Norway in the first three and Finland and Iceland number five and seven.

Going to the movies is rooted in our culture, so the idea of enjoying culinary excellence and watching an Icelandic film is ideal as a Food&Fun experience. -
Different arrangements for this year's competition
08. Mar - 01:48There will be 16 participating restaurants in Reykjavik.
Every restaurant will host one guest chef which does a menu together with the chefs at the restaurant. The menu should describe the guest chefs culinary skills.
