SILVER MEDAL BOCUSE D’OR 2009 Chef Jonas Lundgren finished second in Bocuse D’or 2009. The competition is the worlds most prestige cooking competition and is also known as the World Championship of Gourmet Cooking. 24 countries competed during two days in Lyon, France, during January 2009.
Full Bio:
Born in 1978 in Stockholm Sweden. After studies Jonas moved to Oslo and started his career by working in different restaurants in the Norwegian capital.
Jonas has since then been working in some of the worlds best restaurants including French Laundry, Napa Valley, Bagatelle, Oslo, Pierre Gagniere, Paris.
