Full Bio:
The Danish Claus Hendriksen is one of the biggest names in the new nordic cusine scene today. He runs the restaurant Dragsholm in Slot, south of Copenhagen. The restaurant is very suistanable. The vegetables are all growned in the beutiful restaurant garden and all the fish and meat served at Dragsholm is from its nearest environment.
Claus is well knowned in Copenhagen and recently reliesed his own cookbook that already has been awarded the most beautiful cookbook of the year in Denmark.
