Chef Peters was born in Austria and has been working in Moscow since 1993. He is presently the Executive Head Chef  at "El Gaucho" which is one of the best Argentinian steak house in Russia!  Prior to that he was at the fine dining restaurant Concorde, the Italian restaurant Autograph, Coffee-Bistro Monte Rosso and the Russian restaurant Petshky-Lavotshky. Chef Peters attended a well known College for Chefs and served as apprentice in the famous restaurant Goldfassi in Vienna along with other renowned restaurants in Europe and Kuwait.
