DILL restaurant is located in the Nordic house which is designed by the highlyacclaimed Finish architect Alvar Aalto. The owners are also highly acclaimed in theIcelandic culinary world. Gunnar Karl Gíslason, a member of the Icelandic culinaryteam and Ólafur Örn Ólafsson, president of the Icelandic Sommeliers association,opened this small intimate restaurant in February 2009 and have, since then had ravereviews. DILL restaurant was chosen Iceland's restaurant of the year and nominatedon behalf of Iceland as the best restaurant of the Nordic countries.
