Bengt Sjöström is one of Sweden's most distinguished chefs with many great prizes and awards in his resume. His strong commitment to food and tastes make him a popular television chef and a valued adviser to food producers and suppliers.

He has been awarded the Gastronomic Academy's gold medal, and he has successfully competed on numerous occasions. Even so, few people know that in 2003, he coached Finland's team in Bocuse d'Or - the world championship of cooking - to the award "Best plate" and thus helped Finland to its second-best placement so far.

He is currently the CEO of the NWG-owned company OKB Restaurang AB, which is the parent company of Linnéa Art Restaurant. OKB Restaurang AB is establishing itself as one of the major players in the Swedish restaurant industry.
