Andreas Andersson is of Swedish nationality and started his cooking career in the culinary school in Borås as so many of the young Swedish chefs today.

He went to the Swedish Navy where he did his duty as a cook in the beginning of the century.  After his duty in the navy he worked at the Hotel Bogesud in Ulicehamn Sweden.

His ambitions took him to London where he worked at the prestigious restaurant 1 Lombard Street.

After that he moves to Copenhagen where he worked in the popular high end Italian restaurant Bacino from 2006 till 2010 with a good time in-between with Pierre Gagnaire the world acclaimed chef and restaurateur in Paris.

He then moved to Oslo i Norway where he lives now and is currently a sous- chef in the young and highly popular restaurant Carls Kitchen.

Andreas is in the fast growing group of the young Nordic chefs which are working under the princips of the concept of New Nordic Food which are for the moment the biggest trend in the culinary world.
