At just 18, Beatriz came to France to join the promotion of the Paul Bocuse Institute and take her first steps in gourmet houses. It started with the starred restaurant of the Carlton and then she joined the team of the Lyon chief Pierre Orsi.
Eager for discoveries and adventures, Beatriz decided to go to Italy for a year, to learn the language and to immerse herself in this culture. She joined the gourmet Lucas Carton restaurant and joined the Grande Cascade team. She then decided to go on her own and opened her first restaurant Neva Cuisine with her husband Matthieu Marcant.
Today, its French cuisine tinged with Latin colors that delight the taste buds of the Parisians. In 2014, she opens her second restaurant, the Coretta which quickly becomes a reference address of bistronomy.
